9.78 gr. - Diam. 35.50 mm.
Obverse: Saint Mark, before an altar, holding the Gospel; in front of the Saint is the figure of the Doge praying, at his side a lion, and in front of the saint is the Doge, with his arms outstretched. In the exergue are the initials ZB (Zuane Balbi, farmer); - Reverse: Five-line inscription, enclosed in a crown with a doge's horn.

This and the two preceding osellas (years VIII and IX) refer to the dispute with Austria over the right to appoint the Patriarch of Aquileia, the place that tradition indicates as the site of the first preaching of Saint Mark; Benedict XIV, however, indirectly agreed with Austria.
