For almost 50 harvests, Il Falcone has been an icon of Apulian winemaking that expresses the potential of the DOCG Castel del Monte territory and of Nero di Troia, its native variety in traditional blend with Montepulciano. Aged for 14 months in French oak and a year in the bottle, it is a complex, elegant and austere wine, with great aging potential, perfect with meat dishes and mature cheeses.
