18k two-color gold and silverone openworked with floral decoration in the centre with a brilliant-cut diamond of approx. 0,20 ct and rose-cut diamonds on either side, one with an old-cut diamond of approx. 0,20 ct and a mabé cultured pearl, one with an old-cut diamond of approx. 0,60 ct, defects (one rose-cut diamond missing).
