Information

pencil and ink on thin cardboard
73,5 x 50 cm
Sunday comic strip n. 1029 from November 26, 1950, for "Tarzan." Mindful of the teachings of his mentor, Burne Hogarth, who left the series just a few weeks earlier, Lubbers provides us with a perfect plate from the "Yellow People of Ambera" series. The paper has some curling at the edges, a slight crease, and a small tear in the lower left corner. On two panels. Signed, dated, and dedicated.
