Paris, Typographie de Ch. Lahure et Cier, 1859. In 4vo. Deluxe edition. Publisher's binding in morocco and cloth. Blind embossing on the covers with gilt papal coats of arms in the center. Spine with four raised bands, decorated with gilt titles and embossing. Gilt edges. Frontispiece within a copper-engraved frame. The volume is accompanied by numerous copper engravings, including full-page ones. Decorated headpieces, initials, and tailpieces. Text in French. A copy in excellent condition, with the exception of minor defects on the hinges.
