The artwork, created by master artist Ken Sugimori, captures the Electric-type Legendary Pokémon in its iconic official design, proud and roaring. The illustration is enhanced by the legendary and exquisite Japanese holographic pattern of the Wizards era, which in this particular piece boasts one of the most sought-after premium features on the global market: a perfect and crisp Holo Swirl.
