Released in late 1999 in Japan to coincide with the second Pokémon movie (The Power of One), the Southern Islands set is famous for its interconnected artwork: by placing three cards from the same area (Beach, Jungle, Sea, etc.) together, they form a single, stunning illustrated poster. The Japanese version is the very first printing and is an absolute must-have for any collector of high-end vintage cards. The set consists of four cards in good, non-holographic condition.
