Palkia Original V (ASR 167/189) from the Sidereal Luster set is one of the most visionary and sought-after "Alternative Art" pieces of the Sword & Shield era. Oswaldo KATO's artwork abandons classical canons to embrace a surrealist aesthetic inspired by the works of M.C.
