Lugia 9/111 is part of the Neo Genesis set, released in 2000, which is the first set to introduce Generation II (Johto) Pokémon. Lugia is the main Legendary Pokémon in this set and is considered the most iconic and desirable card in the entire Neo Genesis expansion. The number 9/111 indicates that it is a Holo Rare. The card is ungraded. Please see the photos for detailed condition.
