Of rouleau form, it is finely painted on the seamless body with a palace scene depicting dignitaries in procession bearing gifts; the neck bordered by a floral-patterned band is decorated with a mountainous landscape amid clouds; in the center of the turquoise-enameled base, it bears the apocryphal six-character sealing mark in iron-red of Emperor Qianlong.
