Information

The Name is Doom Part 1 of 4 — script by Stan Lee, pencils by Jack Kirby, inks by Joe Sinnott. Cover by Jack Kirby and Joe Sinnott.
While flying over the Balkans on their way to the United States, the Fantastic Four's plane is intercepted by SHIELD jets! Fear not: it's Nick Fury and Dum Dum Dugan, seeking the Fantastic Four's help. SHIELD has discovered the presence of a large robotic army somewhere in Central Europe. What country in the region could build such an army? Of course, only one... Latveria! As depicted on the classic cover, Reed Richards, Ben Grimm, Johnny Storm, and Crystal enter Latveria in search of Doctor Doom. A bold move... the Fantastic Four may regret it (or worse)!

Specialist Notes

All comics are graded by EGC - European Grading Company , a comics grading service renowned for its accuracy and transparency. EGC uses a full decimal scale from 0 to 10 to evaluate the condition of comics, allowing for extremely detailed evaluations. Each comic is examined by three expert evaluators who jointly agree on the final rating. The EGC grading system is applicable to comics of any era, with no distinction between past masterpieces and new gems. The final rating is published both on the EGC website and delivered in a prestigious format to the comic's owner. It is freely viewable thanks to a QR code on the back, which allows you to view the evaluators' work.
