The Terrible Triumph of Doctor Doom – Part 2 of 3
Written by Gerry Conway. Pencils by Rich Buckler. Inks by Frank Giacoia. Cover by Gil Kane and Joe Sinnott.
Victor Von Doom crashes the college reunion and captures Mister Fantastic and Medusa! Now the monarch of Latveria is poised to unleash Operation Babel (and the vibro-bomb) on humanity. The rocket-launched bomb will destroy the personality of every person on Earth, transforming them into mindless subjects serving Doctor Doom! However, the Fantastic Four's arch-enemy may have made a critical mistake by bringing Darkoth and Ben Grimm back from the Balkans to witness his triumph in the USA! Could there be a traitor among them? Meanwhile, in Upstate New York, Wyatt Wingfoot and Johnny Storm run into trouble with the local police and end up in jail. Cameos by the Invisible Woman and Franklin.

Specialist Notes
All comics are graded by EGC - European Grading Company , a comics grading service renowned for its accuracy and transparency. EGC uses a full decimal scale from 0 to 10 to evaluate the condition of comics, allowing for extremely detailed evaluations. Each comic is examined by three expert evaluators who jointly agree on the final rating. The EGC grading system is applicable to comics of any era, with no distinction between past masterpieces and new gems. The final rating is published both on the EGC website and delivered in a prestigious format to the comic's owner. It is freely viewable thanks to a QR code on the back, which allows you to view the evaluators' work.
