Incredible! The Fantastic Four are forced to post bail after being arrested for the damage they caused in New York during the Thing-Hulk clash in the previous two issues. Has the entire city turned against them? Or is the Over-Mind manipulating everything from the shadows?

In any case, the fantastic foursome will soon have their first direct confrontation with their new adversary, an experience that will test their skill and wit. The Stranger will also feature a cameo and a flashback cameo by the Hulk.
