Illustrato da 27 composizioni di Georges Rochegrosse: frontespizio con un ritratto femminile inciso a colori, ripetuto sulla brossura, ritratto in antiporta e 20 tavole incise in rame fuori testo e 6 nel testo, brossura preservata entro legatura coeva firmata R. Aussourd, in mezzo marocchino blu con angoli, dorso a 4 nervi con filetti in oro, due cetre e un fiore a colori.
