Lot consisting of 98 illustrated postcards, depicting scenes from operas directed by the maestro, portraits and figures of actors, the maestro, posters of the performances, humorous sketches, and more, all used and published in the volume MASCAGNI IN CARTOLINA by Paolo Luca Donati (published by La Fortezza - Livorno - July 1990)
Worthy of note are the series of Cavalleria Rusticana, with the actors from the first performance at the Costanzi Theatre in Rome; the postcards for IRIS, illustrated by Giovanni Maria Mataloni

The postcards are both circulated and uncirculated, and are in good condition.
