The portrait, executed by Studio Ghergo in Rome, depicts Einaudi in formal attire, in an official image. The dedication

handwritten autograph at the bottom reads: " to the prefect, lawyer Gaetano Mastrobuono Boscarini / Caprarola, July 1951 / Luigi Einaudi "

Photo measures approximately 165x225 mm, frame 250x350 mm, in excellent condition

LUIGI EINAUDI was one of the fathers of the Italian Republic: a convinced liberal, founder of "La Riforma Sociale" and collaborator of "Il Corriere della Sera", he was Governor of the Bank of Italy (1945-1948), Minister of the Budget

in the De Gasperi government, and finally President of the Republic from 1948 to 1955.
