It measures approximately 128x195mm, in excellent condition

The most famous diva of Italian silent cinema and international theatre star, portrayed in full pose

The back of the image is a document of the history of film marketing: an advertising flyer printed by Pietro Sella of Rome (Piazza Foro Traiano, No. 37), promoting the mail-order sale of the phototype itself to "cinematografisti" (movie theater managers), who were invited to offer it to female spectators at their "premieres." The text reads:

" Cinematographers!! Make your premises elegant and popular by offering

to the ladies who will be attending your very successful 'premières'
