A copy of “Star Wars The High Republic #1” (2021) graded by CGC (9.0) and signed by Gabriele Dell'Otto. The release of Star Wars: The High Republic #1 (Marvel/Panini Comics, 2021), which ushered in a new and acclaimed era in the Star Wars timeline set centuries before the Skywalker Saga, was celebrated with a series of variant covers, most notably this one by Italian artist Gabriele Dell'Otto. Gabriele Dell'Otto is renowned for his distinctive painting style and hyper-realistic attention to detail. His variant for The High Republic #1 is no exception, offering a departure from the more traditional lines of Ario Anindito's standard cover. Dell'Otto's cover is particularly refined and in several editions (such as the Panini Italy Virgin Variant) appears free of logos and lettering, allowing the artwork to fully stand out.
