Information

A copy of Daredevil #177 signed by Frank Miller and certified CGC 9.4, authenticated and sealed in a protective sleeve (slab) by the Certified Guaranty Company (CGC). Daredevil #177, published by Marvel Comics in 1981, is a must-have for collectors, as it represents the pinnacle of Frank Miller's creative revolution with the Matt Murdock character. The presence of a signed issue and encapsulated with a CGC (Certified Guaranty Company) certificate elevates it to a true collector's treasure. Daredevil #177 is set at the heart of Frank Miller's legendary run, as both writer and artist (with finishing touches by Klaus Janson) elevated the "Guardian Devil" from the pantheon of Marvel B-list characters to the pinnacle of comic book icons. This issue is particularly significant because it offers a "return to roots" for Daredevil. The story retraces the history of Matt Murdock and marks the important appearance of Stick, Matt's blind master and leader of the Chaste ninja clan, a crucial character who will be central to the Daredevil universe. The cover, moreover, is a work of art characteristic of Miller's noir style, which made Daredevil's adventures darker, more psychological, and closer to a hard-boiled atmosphere.
