A copy of “The Mighty Avengers #1” (2007), graded by CGC (9.2) and signed by Frank Cho. Launched in 2007 as a sister title to New Avengers, The Mighty Avengers #1 represents a return to a more classic and sunny aesthetic for the Avengers after the darker tones of Civil War. This issue sees the collaboration between writer Brian Michael Bendis and renowned artist Frank Cho. Frank Cho's contribution is the true trademark of the first six issues of the series: Cho is famous for his clean lines and his mastery of anatomical drawings. His style recalls the classicism of the masters of the past, with a particular attention to the plastic and powerful rendering of female figures and the muscles of heroes like Ares. In this first issue, Cho immediately puts his talent to the test with an invasion of subterranean creatures led by the Mole Man, delivering spectacular and detailed tables.
