Information

220x280mm
A four-page typewritten note by Pietro Mascagni, with a nine-line conclusion and an autograph signature in ink on the last page.

The report focuses on the following points:

"a) Whether or not it is appropriate for operas, dramatic productions, film scripts, and books to establish different termination terms for the relevant contracts - omitted - b) Whether or not it is appropriate to maintain the retroactivity established by law for contract termination - omitted - c) Whether or not it is appropriate to establish a dual level of jurisdiction for the disputes in question - omitted - d) Whether or not it is appropriate to request the abolition of the exemption established by Article 44 of the Trade Union Law regarding the appointment of experts to the Labor Courts?"

The final, handwritten section reads: "And now: a question and an answer to conclude: has Article 44 of the Copyright Law caused any harm to intellectual producers? - No, on the contrary, two composers of music have benefited from it. Ergo: Article 44 corresponds exactly to the purpose intended by the provident Legislator (and (Is this why you want to change it?) - P-MASCAGNI"

Signed twice, Pietro Mascagni, in full, on page four, at the end of the typewritten text, and at the final autograph conclusion.
Page size approximately 220 x 280 mm, obvious tears on the right margins, wear
