SEDRIM contract and SIAE registration for the song "LASCIAMI SPERARE ANCORA" copies of the Declaration Bulletin (set of three sheets)

Copy of the contract signed between Lucio Battisti and SEDRIM Società Esercizio Diritti Riproduzione Meccanica (Mechanical Reproduction Rights Exercise Company) regarding the distribution of proceeds from the reproduction of the song titled "LASCIAMI SPERARE ANCORA."

The contract lists the names of the COMPOSERS, LUCIO BATTISTI, and the COLLABORATOR, PAOLO ORDANINI. The shares also include a portion for the music publishers LES COPAINS of Milan.

Contract with Lucio Battisti's handwritten signature, reported in 6 places on the contract sheets, where Lucio's signature was required.

This is presumably one of the first songs by the group I CAMPIONI, which Battisti joined in the early 1960s, when he was touring Italy, specifically in Varazze (Liguria), called by his friend Paolo Ordanini.
This document belonged to Lucio Battisti (Poggio Bustone, March 5, 1943 – Milan, September 9, 1998) and is part of the private collection offered for sale here, acquired directly from the heirs (children of Albarita, Lucio Battisti's sister).

A handwriting appraisal exists for the autograph material, and a copy relating to the lots up for sale will be provided to the successful bidder of this lot.
