Wooden propeller blade, from an unidentified early 20th century Italian aircraft (probably a CAPRONI), reused as a coat hanger with the addition of 5 wooden knobs to act as hangers.
At the base of the blade we find the following inscriptions engraved in the wood: PASSO - DIAM - DIS - MOT which indicated some technical specifications of the aircraft, unfortunately missing as they were certainly engraved on the propeller blade mirroring the current one on the shaft. The outer edge of the blade is reinforced with a shaped metal molding.
It measures approximately 135 cm in length, with old woodworm holes (the wood has been reclaimed). In excellent condition.
